New Features
Slack Integration

Stay connected where your team already collaborates. With our new Slack integration, you can automatically send alerts to designated Slack channels whenever notifications are triggered or forms are submitted. This ensures your internal teams are always informed in real time—without needing to switch platforms.
Why it matters: Faster internal awareness leads to quicker response times and stronger coordination during critical moments.
Live View (Beta)

Live View gives your team a real-time operational snapshot across all locations, helping you quickly see what’s happening at a glance. From one centralized view, you can monitor locations, identify active incidents, and see which users are currently checked in, making it easier to stay informed during both routine operations and urgent situations. As Live View continues to evolve, future updates will expand visibility even further with floor plans and live location tracking.
Why it matters: Live View improves situational awareness so your team can respond faster, stay coordinated, and make better decisions day to day and during incidents.
Communications in the Web App (Beta)

Comms is now expanding beyond mobile and into the PushPulse web app, giving dispatchers, administrators, and other team leaders a more accessible way to communicate and coordinate in real time. With audio communications and chat available from the web, teams can stay connected from their desks just as easily as they do in the field, creating a more seamless communication experience across devices.
Why it matters: Bringing Comms to the web app helps teams coordinate more effectively by giving key personnel a centralized, desktop-friendly way to manage communication as situations unfold.
Scheduled Send

Scheduled Send gives you the ability to plan alerts ahead of time and have them delivered automatically at the exact date and time you choose. Whether you’re sending routine reminders, coordinating planned communications, or preparing for scheduled drills, this feature makes it easy to stay proactive without needing to manually send the alert in the moment.
Why it matters: Scheduled Send adds flexibility and reliability to your communication workflow by helping ensure important messages go out on time, even when your team is busy or away from their devices.
Dynamic Groups

Dynamic Groups make it easier to manage your audiences by automatically updating group membership based on the criteria you define. Instead of maintaining static lists by hand, you can build groups using filters like checked-in status, location membership, role, and more—so your audiences stay current as conditions change.
Why it matters: Dynamic Groups give you more flexibility and reduce manual list management, helping ensure the right people are included every time without the extra administrative work.
Custom Audiences for Resources

Custom Audiences gives you more control over who can access files, documents, links, and forms inside PushPulse. Previously, resource visibility was limited to role-based access, but now you can target resources using a wider range of audience options, including groups, users, locations, and roles, making it easier to share the right information with the right people.
Why it matters: More flexible audience targeting helps keep resources relevant, organized, and accessible only to the people who need them.
Alert Audiences When Resources Are Updated or Published

When creating or updating a resource, you can now automatically notify the intended audience that it’s available. Instead of relying on separate follow-up messages, PushPulse can send a push notification or email to let users know a new or updated resource has been published—making it easier to distribute important information such as policy changes, procedures, or time-sensitive intelligence.
Why it matters: This helps ensure important resources are seen quickly, reducing manual communication steps and improving awareness across your organization.
Enhancements
New Notification Sending and Template Experience

We’ve refreshed the notification sending and template experience to make creating alerts faster, clearer, and more intuitive. The updated workflow includes a cleaner interface, live content preview, improved audience targeting, Slack delivery options, and the flexibility to send immediately or schedule for later. Templates now follow the same structure as the sending flow, creating a more consistent experience whether you’re building a message from scratch or reusing a saved format.
Why it matters: A more streamlined and consistent sending experience helps your team move faster, reduce mistakes, and communicate with greater confidence when timing matters most.
Notification Detail Enhancements

We’ve improved the notification detail view to make it easier to understand what happened and what’s happening now. By reducing a previously fragmented set of tabs into a simpler, more focused experience, teams can quickly review key details, follow a cleaner activity timeline, and use quick filters to zero in on notes, acknowledgements, system events, or status updates. The result is a more usable view for both notification follow-up and lightweight incident management.
Why it matters: A clearer timeline and simpler layout help teams gain faster situational understanding, reduce confusion, and stay aligned during active incidents and post-event review.
