What's New in PushPulse for Summer 2024

With Fall quickly approaching, Summer is still in full swing! We’re happy to announce this summer’s PushPulse updates that include: 

• the ability to send messages via Comms in the mobile app

• upload attachments (files and photos) within Comms

• notification filtering in the web app

• sending quick alerts in the web app

• additional notification delivery details

In-App Chat/Comms

Communication within PushPulse is now even easier! By tapping on the Comms button at the bottom of your mobile app, you can instantly message within your pre-assigned channels. You’re also able to quickly send files and photos between team members.

Upload Attachments to Notes (Photos/Files to Notifications)

Photos and files can now be shared and added to notes within a notification. This allows users to share even more important information about a specific incident. Check it out!

Additional Details

When creating a notification, users can now add additional details before sending out the alert.

Notification Filtering

You can now filter on notifications in the web app to help organize and view past notifications! 

Note: By clicking into an individual notification, you can also click the Actions dropdown and select Delete Notification or Archive Notification.

Quick Alerts

Quick alerts are now available from the web app as well! Click the shield (just like the mobile and tablet apps!) to send instant notifications out to your team! 

Notification Details Improvement

Notification details have been enhanced! You can now check delivery logs for both users and devices in the web app! 

General Bug Fixes/Improvements/Updates
